6.Can I sharpen my knives at home?
Yes, you can easily sharpen your knives at home. You can find helpful videos on our YouTube channel to guide you.
7.Can I wash my knives in the dishwasher?
Since the stainless steels used by Pirge are special high-carbon alloys, oxidation may occur when washed in the dishwasher due to chemicals. The high-pressure hot water in the dishwasher can also damage the cutting edge of the knife. For these reasons, we recommend washing our products by hand instead of using the dishwasher.
For wooden-handled products washed by hand, we recommend drying the products after cleaning.
