Your personal data includes any information and documents, including special categories of personal data, that you have provided to us during the membership application or afterward, whether in writing, orally, or electronically. This information is stored in both physical and digital environments and is protected within the product database's secure system.

Your personal data is collected through registration forms, order forms, surveys, and competitions on our website, including contact information (name, surname, email address, phone numbers, and postal address, etc.) and demographic information (gender, birthdate, city of residence, education level, occupation, child information (name, gender, and birthdate), age, income level, etc.). Additionally, our purchase forms may require financial information (e.g., credit card numbers).

It should be noted that Yeşilyayla Kesici Aletler Ltd. Şti. uses the personal data entered during membership registration only to make the services we provide more efficient. These services include receiving your orders, providing our products and services, processing payments, contacting you for marketing purposes regarding your orders, products, and services, updating your information, managing and maintaining your membership, suggesting products and services that may interest you, and ensuring third parties perform technical, logistical, and other functions on our behalf.

Your personal data may be processed in accordance with the personal data processing conditions and purposes specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, in line with our activities and service purposes.

While processing your personal data, it will be handled in a lawful and fair manner, in a way that is relevant, limited, and measured, accurate and up-to-date, with specific, clear, and legitimate purposes, to better understand your needs, respond to your requests faster, improve communication with you, provide better service, and offer more personalized products, services, and proposals. Analysis will be conducted to achieve these purposes, inform you about our products and services, measure your satisfaction, and develop and diversify our products and services in line with your needs and requests.

Employee data will be processed in accordance with the Labor Law, social security legislation, and other relevant regulations, as well as within the framework of human resources policies and for business-related reasons, such as increasing performance, employee satisfaction, occupational safety, and industrial peace.

The data collected may be transferred domestically or internationally in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK, Articles 8 and 9, for the purposes outlined above, in line with the relevant legislation, to our business partners, subcontractors, and service providers with whom we have contractual relationships, and to regulatory authorities and official agencies as required by law.

As a data subject, you have the right to learn whether your personal data is being processed, request information about it, learn the purpose of its processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose, know the third parties to whom your data has been transferred, request corrections if your data is incorrect or incomplete, request deletion or destruction of your data when the reasons for processing no longer exist, request the notification of third parties to whom your data has been transferred regarding these changes, object to any automatic processing that leads to results against you, and claim compensation for damages in case of unlawful processing of your data.

In accordance with the KVKK, your personal data processed for the purposes outlined in this Information Notice will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when the purposes for processing cease to exist and/or when the time periods for processing prescribed by the law have expired, in accordance with the request of the data subject or ex officio by us.

To ensure the security of the shopping experience for all members, we apply various security measures. Your credit card information is used only during the order process and is not stored in our database. All your credit card and personal information is encrypted using the SSL Secure system with 256-bit encryption standard, ensuring the protection of your data during internet transactions.

If you do not log in with your username and password during your visit, you will remain anonymous, and we will not be able to identify you.
