ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Distance Sales Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts regarding the product whose qualities and sales price are specified below.

ARTICLE 4 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

4.1 The Buyer acknowledges, declares, and undertakes that the Seller is responsible for delivering the product/service subject to the Agreement in a sound, complete manner, in accordance with the specifications indicated in the order, and, if applicable, with warranty documents and user manuals.

4.2 The Buyer declares that they have read, understood, and confirmed the information regarding the product/service provided on the listing page, including the product/service's main characteristics, sales price, and delivery information before entering into this Agreement.

4.3 The Buyer declares that they have confirmed the pre-information form regarding the product/service before entering into this Agreement.

4.4 The Parties agree to act in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Protection of Consumers No. 4077 and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, as well as the terms of this Agreement.

4.5 All provisions of this Agreement have been read and accepted by the Seller and Buyer, and this Agreement comes into effect on the date it is electronically confirmed by the Buyer.

ARTICLE 5 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

5.1 If the subject of this Agreement is a product, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fifteen (15) days from the delivery of the product to the Buyer or the person/entity at the address indicated by the Buyer. If the subject of the Agreement is a service, the Buyer has the right to withdraw within 15 days from the date of conclusion of this Agreement. The Buyer must notify the Seller/Provider within this period to exercise the right of withdrawal.

5.2 The Parties acknowledge, declare, and undertake that the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

5.2.1 Services that have started with the Buyer's approval before the withdrawal period expires or that have been used,

5.2.2 Products whose price is determined on stock exchanges or organized markets,

5.2.3 Products prepared or customized according to the Buyer's specific requests or needs,

5.2.4 Products that cannot be returned due to their nature.

5.3 If the Buyer exercises the right of withdrawal, the Seller is obligated to return the total amount received and any documents that place the consumer under obligation within thirty (30) business days from the receipt of the withdrawal notification without charging any costs to the consumer.

5.4 In the event that a product or service not ordered by the Buyer is delivered or provided, the Seller cannot make any claims against the Buyer, except in cases where the product is used or the service is consumed.

ARTICLE 6 - AUTHORIZED COURT

In disputes arising from this Agreement, the Consumer Arbitration Committees in the Buyer's place of residence have jurisdiction up to the value announced annually by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction over disputes exceeding that value.

This Agreement is established on the date of signing.
